RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Return and exchange requests for all items must be made within 5 days of delivery, and are subject to approval.*

  • After return/exchange request is approved, items must returned in original condition within 10 days, otherwise the it will be cancelled.

  • In the case of an exchange, the amount of the returned item will be put towards your exchange. Any overage will be refunded or invoiced if the amount is greater than your original purchase.

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping. It is recommended that you purchase insurance for the full cost of the item you are returning and keep the receipt. Horsethief not responsible for packages lost in transit.

The following cases are final sale and non-refundable (exchanges are available upon approval):

  • Custom jewelry

  • Customized jewelry

  • International orders

  • Jewelry used to pierce with

  • Items purchased as an exchange or with store credit

  • Items purchased with gift card

  • Customized pieces ( ring sizing, stamping, etc)

  • Special orders

  • Deposits for custom work

  • Gift cards

  • Service fees

  • Items purchased during promotional sales or with a discount code.

 


Order Cancellation

Order cancellations are possible only prior to shipping. Order cancellations incur a $10 inconvenience fee. Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled. I do not give refunds on purchases that have been received and not returned to me.



 

*We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable returns or exchanges, such as on items that have been worn, damaged, or altered. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
